1、负责抖音直播激励策略相关产品工作，在兼顾用户体验和业务目标的前提下，支持长期营收增长； 2、通过分析用户行为、付费动机和生命周期，参与设计和优化差异化激励机制，持续提升激励策略效果； 3、与算法、推荐等团队协作，将业务需求转化为清晰的策略目标和产品方案，推动激励策略与算法分发协同优化； 4、参与策略实验设计与效果评估，关注营收提升、ROI和用户长期价值，持续优化策略方向； 5、协同研发、数据和业务团队，推进策略配置、数据回流、效果监测等能力建设，保障策略高效落地，并持续优化用户参与体验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、算法、AI等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的逻辑思维和业务理解能力，对用户增长、激励策略、商业化或推荐策略方向有兴趣； 3、具备一定的数据分析能力，能够使用SQL等工具开展分析；有实验设计、指标分析相关理解者优先； 4、对策略产品、数值优化或推荐机制有基础认知，能够与算法、研发等团队协作推进问题解决； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力、学习能力和责任心，能够将分析结论转化为可落地的产品思路并持续跟进结果。
