团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、参与Seedream生图模型迭代过程中的评测与分析工作，推动评测体系和评测框架持续完善，支撑模型能力提升与产品落地； 2、参与图片生成/编辑模型的评测工作，包括文生图、图生图、指令编辑等任务的效果分析与对比评测； 3、搭建和维护评测集，围绕模型核心能力（指令理解、主体一致性、风格保持、细节还原、编辑精准度等）设计题库、标注规范与评测标准； 4、参与评测框架与流程建设，包括自动化评测链路、评测数据管理、评测结果可视化、评测报告输出等； 5、分析模型迭代效果，对版本差异、能力变化、失败案例进行归因，输出可落地的结论和优化建议； 6、跟进前沿模型能力与评测方法，关注最新生成模型趋势，探索更科学的评测指标和评测方案，协助团队沉淀评测方法论与最佳实践，形成可复用的评测资产。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有大模型评测经验，过往做过文本、视觉的评测POC经验优先； 3、对AIGC/图片生成模型有强烈兴趣，愿意长期投入学习与实践优先； 4、有责任心、执行力强，能够独立推进任务并对结果负责； 5、综合能力强，既能做评测执行，也能做指标分析，还能参与评测框架建设； 6、长期主义，不仅关注“这次评测做完”，更关注“评测体系怎么变得更科学、更自动化、更可复用”。
