1、负责直播营收礼物产品功能设计，结合大模型等AI技术制定中长期的智能化产品方向，为直播营收目标负责； 2、围绕直播间礼物相关功能如面板、送礼链路进行迭代，并利用AI能力（如AIGC内容生成、多模态互动等）持续打造创新的礼物玩法（如智能互动礼物、AI生成专属礼物等），提升用户互动体验； 3、深入理解用户的付费动机与情感诉求，结合大模型意图识别能力联动推荐算法，针对不同画像用户实现智能化礼物分发与场景化促发，提升消费转化效率； 4、拆解营收及互动核心指标，搭建基于AI玩法的策略评估体系，完成数据建设与评测集构建，协同算法、工程等团队推动AI功能高效落地，并通过AB实验验证营收效果。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上产品工作经验，有策略产品、商业化体系或AI应用（AIGC、互动娱乐等）相关经验优先； 2、数据敏感，逻辑清晰，具备较强的数据分析能力，能独立完成业务指标拆解、实验设计与效果归因；具备SQL能力优先； 3、对大模型技术有基本认知，了解生成式AI、PromptEngineering等概念，有实际结合大模型落地玩法或商业化变现产品的经验优先（如：利用大模型优化礼物推荐策略、AIGC玩法设计等）； 4、能准确把握用户心理，自驱力强，善于通过数据和用户反馈挖掘问题，具备可持续＆通用化的系统性设计视角； 5、具备良好的沟通合作意识和跨团队协作能力。
