1、负责内容安全模型训练及评估数据的全流程生产与交付，通过策略优化与流程设计，持续提升数据质量与生产效率； 2、深入理解业务目标与模型应用逻辑，搭建并迭代业务核心指标体系，参与目标管理与业务复盘，推动关键问题的数据驱动解决； 3、构建面向业务决策的数据分析体系，通过看板搭建、专项分析、场景化工具、分析报告等方式，全面刻画业务进展与策略效果，支撑高效决策； 4、与算法、产品、运营、标注等团队紧密协作，主动识别数据与业务问题，优化标准、机制与流程，提升数据流转效率与交付质量。

1、本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机、数据科学、信息系统等相关专业；英语可作为工作语言，适应跨文化沟通与文档协作； 2、具备扎实的统计学基础，能独立完成分析闭环；熟练掌握描述统计、分布分析、相关性分析、假设检验等常用分析方法； 3、精通SQL，能高效编写复杂查询，确保结果口径一致、可复现；熟练掌握Python或R等数据分析工具，具备Tableau/PowerBI/Looker等可视化经验； 4、对机器学习、大模型数据运营有浓厚兴趣，了解“数据生产—模型训练—模型评估”的基本链路； 5、逻辑清晰、注重细节，对数据质量有高标准要求；具备优秀的报告呈现与沟通能力，能向不同背景的团队清晰阐述分析结论与业务建议；具备良好的沟通协调能力、问题解决能力与项目推进能力。

加分项 1、具备机器学习、模型评测、数据运营相关经验； 2、有多语言数据处理经验； 3、了解内容安全业务。
