1、大学本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，1-3年大模型应用或Agent相关开发工作经验； 2、具备扎实的编程能力，拥有良好的设计与代码能力； 3、理解计算机原理，具备良好的数据结构与算法基础； 4、具备一定的系统问题分析与排查能力，能够在指导下解决复杂的系统问题； 5、对软件产品有较强的责任心，具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作能力； 6、有大模型应用或Agent相关的开发/实践经验(工作项目或个人项目均可)。

加分项： 1、了解Agent相关技术，如Function Calling、MCP、RAG、Prompt Engineering、多Agent协作等，有实际落地经验者优先； 2、熟悉LangChain、LlamaIndex等主流框架； 3、对大模型前沿技术保持热情，学习能力强、上手快。
