1、负责产品经营分析，建立经营指标体系，分析商机转化、收入、客户使用、续费增购及交付成本，识别增长机会与风险，推动经营改进； 2、负责市场与客户洞察，开展行业研究、客户访谈、产品分析及赢单/丢单复盘，为产品定位、目标客户、场景选择和定价提供依据； 3、协同制定产品上市、商品组合及销售打法，在重点行业、区域和渠道推进落地，持续优化转化效率与投入产出； 4、联动销售、解决方案、交付及伙伴团队，开展产品培训，沉淀销售工具包与客户案例，推动前线反馈闭环； 5、策划产品发布、营销内容、行业活动及伙伴联合推广，跟踪线索质量和商机转化，优化营销效果。

1、3年以上产品运营工作经验，熟悉企业软件、云服务或AI产品商业化； 2、具备经营分析和市场洞察能力，能够从数据、客户及前线反馈中发现问题，形成可执行的策略； 3、具备销售赋能与营销策划能力，善于将产品能力转化为客户价值、行业场景和有效的营销内容； 4、具备AI Native工作方式，熟练使用AI工具提升研究、分析、内容创作及日常协作效率，能够核验输出并沉淀可复用流程； 5、具备良好的跨团队沟通与推进能力，目标清晰、主动负责，能够推动落地并复盘结果。

加分项 1、有企业AI、智能体平台、大模型应用、云计算或开发者工具相关经验； 2、有产品上市及商业增长的完整实践，并取得可量化成果； 3、熟悉金融、制造、相关部门等行业，或具备私有化部署、渠道及生态伙伴运营经验； 4、有AI智能体或自动化工作流搭建经验，能够提供实际提效案例。
