1、负责字节跳动研发基础设施平台的AI产品建设，方向涵盖研发效能、质量、可观测性等； 2、追踪AI及相关领域的前沿进展，探索Agentic AI在研发场景中的落地机会，制定产品策略和规划； 3、负责产品的迭代规划、需求分析、方案设计，推动产品从0到1及持续优化； 4、协同研发、设计、运营及业务团队，高效推动产品落地，把控项目进度与资源协调； 5、面向字节跳动内部研发用户完成产品实施与推广，基于数据和用户反馈建立长效迭代机制。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、对AI研发基础设施领域有热情，关注前沿行业动态，对AI/LLM/Agent有良好的认知和洞见，有Agentic产品设计经验者优先； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维、抽象能力和沟通表达能力，强好奇心，对用户体验细节敏感； 4、结果导向，具备数据驱动意识，能运用数据分析支撑产品决策，协同跨团队资源推动产品快速落地； 5、了解DevOps、软件工程、可观测性、效能度量等相关领域知识者优先； 6、有较强的动手能力和新技术学习能力，能发现场景机会并动手实践。
