1、理解客户业务场景与痛点，设计并讲解AI解决方案，明确产品价值、适用边界及实施路径； 2、独立搭建和演示Demo，推进POC，支持客户完成API接入、调试及效果验证； 3、快速响应技术问题与负面案例，开展排查和优化，协调产品、研发团队推动问题解决； 4、跟进客户测试、上线及使用情况，识别落地障碍和增长机会，推动持续使用与调用量增长； 5、沉淀标准方案、接入指南和最佳实践，结合客户反馈、使用数据及产品动态，推动产品优化。

1、具备计算机或相关专业背景，理解AI、API和云产品，有解决方案、售前技术、技术型客户成功或应用开发经验； 2、具备AI实操能力，掌握Python、JavaScript等至少一种编程语言，能够独立调用API、搭建Demo、分析日志并排查问题； 3、英语可作为日常商务及技术沟通语言，能够独立开展客户需求访谈、方案讲解和技术演示； 4、喜欢面向客户工作，具备产品、运营及数据思维，能够将技术能力转化为客户价值； 5、响应及时、主动性强，能够管理多客户需求的优先级，跨团队推动落地；有国际化客户服务或AI应用落地经验优先。
