日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化短视频商业化变现产品设计团队旨在使客户能够毫不费力地与用户建立联系，并最大限度地发挥品牌潜力。我们希望简化和激励客户实现目标，探索更多可能性，并与国际化短视频创造价值。作为团队成员，你将能够利用定性/定量研究来收集用户反馈，为我们的客户创造深刻的理解和共情，并与设计、产品和营销团队跨职能合作，以满足业务需求。

1、聚焦智能审核系统核心模块迭代，覆盖特征管理、策略管理、人工审核流程、大模型业务探索等关键子模块，直接参与产品功能从0到1或从1到N的优化过程； 2、主动挖掘需求：基于用户反馈或数据洞察，精准定位问题、测算优化收益，独立输出方案并跟进落地，最终实现业务收益回收； 3、全流程闭环实践：完整承接平台需求的“反馈收集-根因分析-方案设计-落地推动-效果复盘”全链路，积累端到端产品落地经验。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、软件设计相关经验或熟悉一种编程语言优先考虑； 3、具备基础的英语读写能力，英语可以作为工作语言； 4、有责任心、主动性、进取心、较强学习能力； 5、熟悉基础互联网产品经理的工作流程，具备流程抽象能力、PRD的产出能力、指标设计能力、项目管理能力；有过内容/商业化审核相关经验，或内部平台优化经验优先考虑； 6、每周至少实习4天及以上，实习期6个月及以上优先。
