1、结合商家成长目标，深入不同分层及阶段的商家经营模式，完成中小商家覆盖商品、内容、流量等核心经营场景的策略生产，对策略有效性及采纳率负责； 2、基于行业模式体系化做好商家/供给刻画，结合行业趋势、平台特性、商家需求以及大数据分析洞察，识别商家经营问题、机会点与潜在增长路径，形成可执行的策略方案并推进相应能力建设创新，实现规模化运营； 3、推动AI在策略生成、自动化诊断、个性化任务推荐等场景的落地应用，提升策略覆盖效率与精准度； 4、完成策略相关核心指标口径明确及建设，持续跟踪并优化策略有效性、策略采纳率、策略完成率等关键指标； 5、联动算法、数据、运营、研发等团队，通过商家端承接策略落地，推动策略生成、分发、执行、反馈的闭环建设。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上产品经理经验，有电商/本地生活等平台商家侧策略产品经验者优先； 2、懂业务懂商家，懂不同行业商家真实的经营痛点、决策逻辑，抓住业务本质、用第一性原理提出有价值的策略； 3、具备较强的数据分析与大数据理解能力，熟练使用Excel、SQL等工具，具备AI数据分析工具使用经营，能够从数据与AI分析结果中提炼可落地的业务洞察； 4、对AI能力有较好理解，能够将AI应用于策略生成、问题识别、推荐匹配等场景，有从诊断到建议到执行闭环设计经验者优先； 5、具备良好的横向管理能力，能够协调各方资源，推动策略顺利进行。
