ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：AI应用与创新团队，立足于抖音集团（抖音、直播、今日头条、番茄小说、财经等），致力于AI技术研究与业务创新赋能，包括：AI x 体验、 AI x 质量、AI x 安全等，助力业务品质与口碑的持续提升。 团队拥有算法（大模型、推荐、机器学习）、工程（后台、前端、大数据）、产品等多种职能岗位，地域覆盖深圳、北京、杭州、上海。

1、负责字节跳动抖音/直播等业务下，特效推荐/主播推荐等垂类推荐场景持续迭代优化工作，以及抖音用户和主播体验指标建模挖掘工作； 2、跟踪推荐算法方向的最新算法研究成果，用以持续提升算法应用效果，研究方向包括但不限于多场景/多目标/序列建模/回归目标建模等； 3、具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，深度参与产品研发项目，和Mentor以及产品经理/业务研发/算法工程等同学密切配合，提高项目整体效率和收益。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机/数据相关专业； 2、熟悉Linux操作系统，熟练使用至少一门编程语言（Python、C++、Go等优先），代码风格好； 3、掌握机器学习、深度学习基本算法和原理，对推荐系统有一定了解； 4、掌握数据分析/开发相关流程，熟练使用SQL、Spark等数据分析/开发工具； 5、有较强的业务问题到算法模型的建模能力，有强烈的求知欲、自驱力和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最佳实践。

加分项： 1、有互联网公式算法/数据岗位的实习经验者优先； 2、具备一定大数据处理和开发经验； 3、有国际顶级会议（ICCV/CVPR/AAAI等）论文/期刊发表者优先。
