团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、专家资源引入与供给：负责平台大模型优质学术专家、行业专家、垂直领域专家的挖掘与引进，搭建高质量、高活跃的专家资源池；做好项目需求与专家匹配，保障业务需求专家准确、高效供给； 2、渠道体系搭建与维护：开拓并运营多元化专家渠道，包括但不限于机构、行业协会、线上社区、自由从业者等，搭建稳定、可裂变的专家供给网络； 3、专家生态粘性运营：搭建社区体系、成长体系，通过社群运营、活动策划、内容运营、专项合作等方式，提升专家活跃度、产出质量与长期合作粘性； 4、运营优化与创新：具备生态创新思维，主动挖掘新型专家增长路径，探索创新运营模式、新型获客渠道、轻量化裂变玩法，持续优化专家招募、激活、留存链路，打破传统众包运营模式瓶颈；协同产品、技术团队迭代专家运营中台，优化资源触达、专家筛选、培训流程、能力画像等功能，持续提升平台运营效率； 5、数据驱动策略优化：监控专家产能、产出质量、成本、活跃等核心数据，定期复盘迭代运营策略、合作模式与激励体系，实现生态规模化增长。

1、2年及以上社区运营、内容运营、用户生态运营经验：具备专家拓展/社群增长/达人运营成功经验，熟悉资源挖掘、洽谈、入驻、留存全链路； 2、大模型业务理解：理解大模型业务以及与专家画像，能够做好项目-专家匹配，保障业务需求专家准确、高效供给； 3、优秀资源拓展谈判能力：可开拓国内外垂类专家资源，自主完成资源洽谈、引入、及长期关系维护； 4、具备生态搭建实战经验：有专家社群、达人生态、开发者社区、行业资源网络搭建及管理经验优先； 5、创新与数据驱动增长思维：具备敏锐的行业洞察力与创新意识，不局限于传统运营手段，善于挖掘新型专家增长玩法、创新合作模式，能够自主探索低成本、高效率的专家拉新、激活、裂变路径；擅长通过活动、激励、社群玩法优化专家活跃度；熟悉AI工具运营打法，能用AI提效运营链路，搭建生态增长飞轮； 6、良好跨部门协作能力：可高效联动产品、技术、业务团队，推进功能优化、流程落地及项目交付。
