团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、与算法、产品团队合作制定模型训练所需数据策略、数据生产规范与交付标准； 2、依据需求完成数据生产和交付，并对数据生产方法进行创新性探索，提升团队整体工作效率和质量； 3、对多模态模型技术趋势、业务场景、市场动态进行探索研究。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限，设计类/影视类/计算机视觉/人工智能/认知科学/统计学等相关专业均欢迎投递； 2、对主流多模态模型有兴趣、理解和使用心得，对AI原生有理解，擅长Vibe coding； 3、有良好的逻辑、画面想象力和文字鉴赏力，在艺术/科技/人文中至少有一方面有深入思考实践； 4、具备多线程处理问题的能力和数据分析洞察能力； 5、有较强的自驱力、学习能力，具备优秀的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神。
