日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、基于商家原声，洞察分析商家真实诉求，识别高频场景、典型需求与AI接入优化机会； 2、参与用户调研和商家陪跑，完整还原不同类型商家的经营环节，理解商家经营诉求与AI使用痛点，挖掘AI介入机会，提供更贴合商家经营诉求和实操链路的AI提效工具，提升商家店铺经营效率与经营质量，并持续回收商家反馈，推动AI产品迭代； 3、参与AI产品评测体系建设，并基于评测反馈，协同产品研发推动Agent/Skill/Tool/知识库的持续迭代。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、数据科学、统计学、应用数学、广告学、传播学、经济学等专业优先； 2、连续实习4个月及以上，每周到岗工作时间保证4个工作日及以上者优先； 3、具备较强的沟通、协同能力； 4、好奇好学、学习领悟能力强；有敏锐的洞察力，有逻辑、善于结构化思考；主观能动性强； 5、对AI有热情，熟悉各类主流AI产品，有较深的实操经验。
