团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、需求理解与供给规划：对接业务运营及相关需求方，理解专家画像、数据规格、质量标准、交付周期和预算要求，识别资源缺口并制定寻源与供给计划，结合业务规划、历史需求和市场变化，提前储备潜在资源，并根据需求变化调整储备方向； 2、专家及数据资源拓展：通过供应商、院校、科研机构、行业协会、专业社区等渠道，拓展专家人才、成品数据及定制采集资源，具备主动发现、接洽和建立合作的能力，能够解决稀缺专业人才、特殊数据场景等非标准需求的寻源问题； 3、资源运营与持续激活：建立并维护资源档案，完善专业能力、任务验证记录、可用容量、档期、价格和历史履约等信息，通过分层运营、关系维护、需求触达和反馈改善，提高资源响应、激活、留存及复用水平，推动新增资源转化为实际有效供给； 4、需求供给与履约闭环：结合系统匹配结果和资源实际状态，推动候选确认、邀约、试标或样例评估、入场及交付，跟进履约进度，协调资源不足、退出、延期、替换及质量整改等问题，组织需求方验收并完成结项，确保单笔需求从接收到交付有明确责任和持续跟进； 5、商务谈判与成本管理：开展市场询价、报价比较和商务谈判，在公司授权及价格规则内协商合作价格、交付安排和结算条件，结合资源稀缺性、质量和履约表现评估综合成本，协调合同、订单、对账及结算流程，形成稳定、可持续的合作关系； 6、市场研究与资源策略优化：持续关注大模型数据服务市场，了解专家服务、数据采集、标注、模型评测等领域的供给变化、服务能力及价格趋势，识别新的合作渠道和资源机会，为资源拓展优先级和储备计划提供依据。

1、本科及以上学历，理工类硕士学位/博士学位优先； 2、相关工作经验：具备资源供需运营、专家运营、供应商管理、数据采购或大模型数据项目交付等相关经验；有大模型训练数据、标注、模型评测、成品数据采购或定制采集交付经验者优先； 3、资源拓展与合作建立能力：具备主动寻源和开拓新渠道的能力，能够独立完成合作方识别、初步评估、接洽及合作推进；有稀缺专家、行业机构或数据服务商拓展经验者优先； 4、资源运营与供给转化能力：能够对资源进行分类、分层、激活和持续维护，并根据实际需求组织有效供给；有将新拓展资源转化为首次合作、持续履约和重复使用的实操经验，能够说明取得的结果及采用的方法； 5、需求理解与交付推进能力：能够快速理解人才画像、数据规格和验收要求，组织候选验证或样例评估，管理交付节点并处理异常；具备较强的责任意识和跨团队推动能力，能够持续跟进问题直至解决； 6、行业理解与分析能力：了解大模型数据服务的业务场景和供给生态，对市场变化保持敏感；能够使用数据分析资源漏斗、供需缺口和履约表现；熟练使用Excel等分析工具，具备SQL或其他数据分析能力者优先。
