1、负责供应链数字化规划与架构搭建：对标业界最佳实践，制定供应链数字化转型战略与年度规划，设计业务、应用、数据、技术总体架构，输出实施路线图； 2、负责供应链核心领域端到端系统建设：负责计划、生产、库存履约等核心领域的数字化方案设计与系统落地，主导业务系统的规划、设计，协同产品研发部门进行实施与集成； 3、构建供应链控制塔与数据驱动体系：构建供应链控制塔，实现全链路可视化、异常预警与智能决策，建立KPI指标体系与数据看板，推动数据治理与主数据管理； 4、推动AI与算法场景落地：推动需求预测、智能补货、库存优化、路径优化、ATP校验、供应商风险预警等算法场景落地，探索大模型/知识图谱在供应链中的创新应用； 5、负责数字化重点项目全生命周期管理与变革推动：主导数字化重点项目全生命周期管理，统筹内外部团队，推动业务流程变革与用户落地，对项目交付与业务成果负责。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、工业工程、供应链管理等相关专业，5年以上供应链运营工作经验，其中5年以上专注供应链数字化/信息化建设，有企业转型项目主导经验； 2、深入理解端到端供应链业务，熟悉计划、采购、物流等至少两个核心领域；有ERP/APS/WMS/TMS/SRM等系统实施或设计经验； 3、具备扎实的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL/Python；理解运筹优化、机器学习基本原理，有供应链算法场景落地经验者优先； 4、优秀的项目管理与跨部门协作能力，推动多项目并行，PMP认证者优先； 5、系统性思维强，能将复杂业务场景转化为清晰的技术方案；结果导向，学习能力强，对AI/数字孪生/控制塔等前沿技术有实践或深刻理解。
