1、主导AI模型（机器学习、深度学习、NLP、计算机视觉等）在经营平台实际业务场景的落地应用，结合业务痛点与需求，设计可落地、高价值的AI应用方案，并全程推进方案实施，确保技术贴合业务实际； 2、主导AI应用需求及项目全生命周期，涵盖需求调研、方案论证、模型选型、开发调试、部署上线及后期迭代优化，对项目进度、质量和效果负责，确保需求及项目按时按质交付；与产品、算法、测试等跨职能团队紧密协作，精准梳理业务痛点，推动AI技术与业务场景深度融合，挖掘AI应用的潜在价值，助力提升产品核心竞争力与业务运转效率； 3、支持AI应用相关技术框架及文档的规范化编写与更新，包括通用技术框架、方案文档、开发文档、测试文档、用户手册等，确保技术框架可复用、文档完整、清晰、规范，支撑项目交接与后续维护； 4、持续关注AI领域前沿技术（如大模型应用、Prompt Engineering等），结合经营平台业务实际开展技术探索与落地尝试，不断优化AI应用效果，推动技术创新与业务赋能。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、电子信息、人工智能、数据科学、软件工程等相关专业，3年及以上AI应用开发相关工作经验； 2、熟练运用Python编程语言，精通常用AI框架（TensorFlow、PyTorch、Scikit-learn等），具备扎实的模型训练、调优及部署实操能力； 3、熟悉常用数据库（MySQL、MongoDB等），具备数据处理、清洗和分析能力，了解AI模型部署相关技术（Docker、Flask/FastAPI等）能独立完成简单AI应用的部署上线； 4、具备较强的业务敏感度和逻辑思维能力，能快速理解业务需求并结合AI技术提供可行方案，拥有良好的沟通协作、问题解决能力，能独立承担项目任务； 5、做事严谨负责、注重细节，对AI技术有浓厚兴趣，学习能力强，具备良好的文档编写能力和代码规范意识； 6、了解至少一种AI技术方向（NLP、计算机视觉、推荐系统等）者优先，有大模型应用开发、Prompt Engineering相关经验或有完整AI应用项目全流程落地经验者优先，熟悉To B业务领域或内部业务支撑系统领域AI应用场景或持有相关AI技术证书、有开源项目贡献、个人技术博客者优先。
