1、负责云网络AI相关产品的转发和控制面的架构设计与开发； 2、密切关注大模型训练、推理和应用的行业趋势，探索云网络和AI融合的新产品的设计与开发； 3、参与云网络产品的设计、规划和研发工作； 4、参与云网络转发面的架构设计，涉及网络虚拟化、软硬件结合等技术； 5、参与云网络SDN网络控制器分布式平台的架构设计，设计并实现大规模分布式算法，以满足超大规模租户的需求； 6、参与云网络新技术的预研究、原型设计与开发，探索云网络与AI技术的结合。

1、计算机相关专业，本科学历及以上，具备两年以上后端相关工作经验； 2、具备扎实的计算机理论基础，熟练掌握至少一种编程语言（如Go、C、C++等）； 3、熟悉TCP/IP等常用网络协议，拥有丰富的网络编程、故障定位及性能调优经验； 4、对网络系统和AI技术怀有持续的好奇心与钻研精神，有意愿在该领域长期深入发展； 5、乐于从事具有挑战性的工作，具备较强的自驱能力； 6、具备独立思考与系统化解决问题的能力，能够从0到1推动复杂项目落地。

加分项 1、熟悉AI推理框架（如vLLM、SGLang、Dynamo）且具有智能体（Agent）开发经验者优先； 2、熟悉AI训练/推理集群网络优化相关经验者优先； 3、具有vLLM、SGLang等推理引擎路由、分发网关研发经验者优先； 4、具有数据面DPDK、P4、智能网卡、硬件卸载等高性能网络研发经验，以及大规模集群研发运维经验者优先； 5、具有云网络控制面架构设计，包括网络虚拟化、SDN、NFV等技术开发经验者优先； 6、具有Envoy、Nginx、eBPF、LVS网络等系统研发经验者优先；具有智能负载均衡、PrivateLink，VPC Lattice等云网络产品研发经验优先。
