1、负责企业AI办公产品渠道增长的规划与建设，统筹年度产品规划、增长策略方案设计，为企业AI能力渗透、增长目标负责，整合公司各产品线资源，搭建渠道增长能力与多元化商品体系，联动运营商、智能终端、生态等重点渠道开展深度战略合作，打造可规模化复制的2B2C渠道增长产品矩阵； 2、持续跟踪行业运营商、智能终端等趋势、业务模式及市场动态，形成系统性市场与产品洞察，结合渠道特性与资源属性，灵活设计差异化商品方案及定价策略，多元化权益组合包、持续提升产品市场竞争力与商业转化效率； 3、统筹合作商品的全生命周期产品运营，搭建产品研发链路及商业化核心数据指标体系，基于数据分析持续推动策略迭代，推进商品高质量落地与规模化复制，沉淀标准化产品方法论与运营体系，协同产品、研发、运营、商务等跨部门资源，推动项目高效落地。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网产品、增长产品策略等相关经验，有运营商行业背景优先，有团队管理经验优先； 2、具备扎实的商业化思维与战略规划能力，能独立完成全渠道商业化增长的年度产品规划与落地执行；对数据高度敏感，对行业动态及市场合作模式具备敏锐洞察，具有较强的创新意识与业务判断力； 3、具备出色跨团队沟通、资源整合及项目推动力，拥有良好团队协作意识和复杂问题解决能力，目标与结果导向强。
