1、云产品数据洞察与策略制定：搭建云计算产品的售卖分析模型，聚焦客户生命周期（获客-激活-留存-续费-增购），结合资源使用数据、客户行为、行业趋势，制定增长策略，分析云产品的核心指标，优化定价策略（如按需付费、预留实例、阶梯折扣）和促销活动设计； 2、针对高价值客户（如年消费百万级企业）设计定制化方案，推动云服务扩容与续费，对潜在流失客户预警并制定挽回策略； 3、技术驱动的跨部门协作，协同团队输出数据驱动的工具（如客户健康度看板、资源使用预测报告），助力决策； 4、云原生数据分析能力：主导云产品数据看板搭建，监控关键指标（资源利用率、账单合规性、客户支持工单量），利用平台工具实现数据自动化处理与实时监控。

1、专业背景：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术、统计学或相关专业，3年以上云计算行业数据运营/经营分析经验，熟悉云产品售卖逻辑（如公有云、私有云、混合云）； 2、技能要求：掌握客户分群、预测建模（如流失预测、续费预测）、归因分析等方法，熟悉云产品核心术语（ECS、容器服务、存储类型）及计费模式； 3、软技能：能向技术与非技术团队清晰传达数据洞察，推动跨部门协作落地，对云行业趋势敏感。
