1、平台功能运营与渗透率提升； 1）制定并执行平台功能推广与用户教育计划，提升用户对新功能、核心功能的认知度和使用率(功能渗透率）； 2）策划并落地用户激励活动、内容运营（如教程、案例、直播等），引导用户深度使用平台功能； 3）监控功能使用数据，分析用户行为，识别功能使用障碍或优化点，提出改进建议； 4）与产品、技术团队紧密协作，确保功能上线后的有效运营和效果追踪； 2、数据运营体系建设与业务驱动； 1）设计、搭建并维护涵盖用户增长、活跃度、留存率、功能渗透率、业务转化等维度的平台核心数据指标体系； 2）定期进行深度数据分析，洞察平台运营状况、用户行为模式及业务健康度，形成可落地的分析报告； 3）基于数据洞察，发现业务增长机会与潜在风险，提出并推动运营策略、产品功能或流程的优化方案，驱动业务持续改进和增长目标达成； 4）建立数据监控与预警机制； 3、用户需求对接与平台体验优化； 1）作为平台与用户（包括普通用户、关键客户/KA）之间的核心联络点，建立高效的需求收集与反馈闭环机制； 2）深入理解用户的使用场景、痛点及期望，定期进行用户访谈、问卷调研、社群互动等； 3）从用户视角出发，分析、提炼用户需求，形成清晰的需求文档或改进建议，并积极推动产品、研发团队进行功能迭代和体验优化。

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、统计学、计算机、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上用户运营或产品运营相关工作经验，拥有企业端SaaS平台运营经验； 3、拥有流程自动化(PE/RPA)或智能体(Agent)相关平台/产品的运营经验，深刻理解其运作逻辑和用户场景； 4、数据敏感度高：精通数据分析方法，熟练使用SQL、Excel、数据可视化工具（如Tableau，Power BI）等，能从海量数据中提炼有效洞察； 5、用户导向：具备强烈的同理心，善于倾听和理解用户需求，并能转化为产品/运营优化点； 6、目标驱动与结果导向：以业务目标为出发点，能独立制定运营策略并推动落地执行，对结果负责。
