日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：集团信息系统部（Corporate Information System）负责字节跳动信息系统建设。通过构建领先的信息系统，助力公司业务和组织的长期高效经营与发展。与此同时，在安全、隐私、合规层面持续治理，为公司的稳健发展保驾护航。字节跳动的业务模式复杂，用户规模大。到现在，集团信息系统部已经覆盖人事、财务、法务、采购、审批、职场等多个领域，隐私安全工作同步开展，AIGC创新孵化也在逐步落地实现。

1、前沿技术调研：跟踪并调研业界最新的AI技术（特别是大语言模型、RAG、Agent架构、NLP等）在法务科技及合同管理领域的应用趋势； 2、场景探索与验证：结合真实的合同业务场景（如智能辅助起草、智能风控审查、合同条款抽取等），参与可行性分析并配合业务进行对应的Skill、Agent的开发； 3、AI应用评估与优化：持续探索不同大模型下的场景效果，对Demo进行测试、评估与调优，探索最佳实践； 4、技术协同：与产品经理、资深研发工程师紧密合作，推动AI探索成果向实际产品功能的转化与落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程或相关专业优先； 2、熟悉机器学习/深度学习基础概念，了解大语言模型（LLM）的基本原理，有调用大模型API开发应用或Prompt Engineering的经验； 3、逻辑清晰，自我驱动力强，对“AI改变世界”抱有高度热情；学习和动手能力强，能够快速掌握并应用新技术；具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力； 4、实习时间：每周出勤不少于4天，能够连续实习3个月及以上（能长期实习优先考虑）。

加分项 1、对法务科技（LegalTech）或B端企业服务系统有一定了解； 2、自己动手开发过接入AI功能的小工具或应用。
