1、负责智能助手产品核心模块的日常运营与策略优化，推动产品用户体验与解决率持续提升； 2、主导RAG（检索增强生成）链路中的知识库规划、构建与持续维护，协同产品、算法与工程团队，共同提升智能问答的准确性与可靠性； 3、负责具体Agent端到端效果的运营，能够提供高质量的训练集和测试集，方便算法模型迭代； 4、建立并执行线上质量监控机制，敏锐定位、分析问答负面案例，并能系统性归因，推动问题闭环解决； 5、负责数据标注任务的资源协调与质量管理，确保标注输出高效、精准，为模型优化与评估提供高质量数据基础。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上大语言模型（LLM）相关产品的运营经验，熟悉AI产品的工作方法与流程； 2、深入理解RAG技术链路与优化逻辑，具备知识库构建、清洗、评测等实际项目经验； 3、有本地生活行业的商家经营相关经验优先，能看清商家在经营各环节的核心痛点与优质解决方案。
