1、围绕Chatbot及生产力创新场景，主导通用Agent、垂直场景Agent、AI搜索等产品的功能设计与体系化建设； 2、深耕硬件设备端场景，从用户真实需求出发，定义下一代产品形态与端到端用户体验； 3、基于端到端新体验设定产品理想态目标，通过评测体系牵引产品研发团队持续迭代，推动效果闭环提升。

1、本科及以上学历，具备AI Native产品应用经验者优先；对多模态评测、Agent评测有较深认知，有相关项目实践经验者优先； 2、熟悉Agent Harness核心机制与应用场景，理解任务拆解、工具调用、记忆、反馈与迭代等关键能力，并能结合业务判断其落地方式； 3、熟悉Workflow/工作流编排，能够围绕复杂业务流程设计多步骤AI执行链路，实现AI与业务系统、策略规则及人工流程的高效协同； 4、数据敏感、逻辑清晰，具备出色的跨团队协作与项目推动能力，能够独立推进复杂项目落地并对结果负责。
