1、负责国际化达人全生命周期管理（触达、入驻、成长、变现），设计创新、灵活、高效的达人广告增长机制，直接对达人规模及收入指标负责； 2、负责面向达人的AI Agent产品建设，如AI脚本生成、创意辅助、智能撮合等，通过AI技术实现从创作到变现的效率提升；梳理产品架构，长期实现AI-native的产品开发流程； 3、深入洞察国际化不同行业的营销痛点，输出定制化的产品解决方案，推动达人营销在快消、电商、游戏等核心行业的规模化渗透； 4、持续调研全球市场达人营销趋势，快速迭代广告产品玩法，保持平台机制的国际化竞争力。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上增长/数据/平台产品经验，有达人生态或内容营销平台相关业务经验者优先； 2、能深入理解达人营销的商业模型，有撮合类（任务类）商业平台产品经验优先； 3、对AI技术有较高热情且有实践经验，能熟练运用AI工具辅助产品设计，有Vibe Coding经验者优先； 4、产品基本功扎实，能从用户视角出发，对产品平台易用性、用户反馈敏感，可以快速输出高质量产品文档； 5、有良好的责任心及自我驱动能力，能够在快节奏、动态的环境中协调多方资源，达成业务目标； 6、具备流畅的英语写作能力，可将英语作为工作语言。
