1、抖音电商店铺产品建设：负责抖音电商商家后台（抖店）链路的产品设计，平衡平台的经营秩序与商家的经营效率，助力平台实现生态繁荣与提升商家体验； 2、参与业务管理策略产品化：深入剖析不同类型商家的经营特征，梳理并产品化不同类型商家入驻、日常经营管理与退出的产品与策略，支撑业务的安全经营与高速增长； 3、数据分析与AI场景落地：深入洞察业务痛点，结合行业调研与产品数据分析，将复杂的平台经营策略转化为高效的产品方案，利用AI能力（如大模型、机器学习）推动模型策略在商家端产品的持续迭代优化； 4、能力中台化与跨团队协同：与业务运营、算法、研发等跨团队高效协同，推动AI能力的产品化沉淀，打造可复用的平台级工具与系统，提升业务运转效率与管理效能。

1、经验背景：本科及以上学历，具备扎实的电商B端产品设计与落地经验，能够独立操盘具有一定复杂度的产品线，有电商平台生态建设或主导过AI/算法能力在业务场景落地经验者优先； 2、客户视角：对商家的经营痛点具有出色的同理心，能够真正站在商家视角审视产品体验，同时具备与算法/技术团队无障碍沟通的技术意识； 3、横向协作与项目管理：具备优秀的沟通表达能力与跨部门协同能力，能够高效联动业务运营、规则治理、算法及研发团队，强力推动复杂项目按期、高质量落地并拿到结果； 4、逻辑与抽象能力：具备清晰的逻辑思维与业务梳理能力，面对复杂的业务网络时能够将具体业务场景转化为结构清晰的产品架构或模型。
