我们的核心设计团队由产品设计师和用户体验文案师组成，对产品设计品质、易用性和简洁性充满热忱。我们与跨职能协作团队携手解决复杂挑战，打造彰显产品独特能力与个性的体验。

1、深度参与两大核心国际化变现产品工作流，负责内容设计与用户体验文案撰写：其一为生成式AI广告工具Symphony，其二为国际达人营销平台——这是一个连接品牌、代理商与创作者，促成双方合作的创作者平台，创作、校对并编辑简洁自然的界面文案，让复杂的广告技术显得简单且贴近用户； 2、参与制定并持续优化变现业务的内容、品牌调性及风格规范； 3、在快节奏、动态变化的环境中，与设计、产品及营销团队协作并对其施加影响，参与设计评审，推动各类变现产品保持一致性与高品质； 4、针对大规模内容相关问题制定高效、可扩展的解决方案，涵盖工具开发与流程优化； 5、为团队的人工智能工具库贡献力量：设计定制化GPT、搭建提示词框架，以及探索可用于加快并优化内容设计工作的全新人工智能应用路径，运用你的内容设计技能，协助跨职能团队优化为产品场景中智能体提供支持的模型。

1、拥有3年以上网页或移动应用的内容设计或用户体验文案撰写经验； 2、具备与产品、设计、调研、工程及本地化团队协作的经验； 3、将对AI工具的好奇心与熟练运用能力融入日常内容设计工作流； 4、能够在代码库中开展工作，或直接配合代码库相关工作（包括字符串编辑、本地化流程等）； 5、作品集涵盖但不限于以下内容：用户界面文案、微文案、用户教育、CD系统相关工作、从0到1项目及自主发起项目。

加分项： 1、拥有英语、新闻学、传播学、技术写作、用户体验（UX）、人机交互（HCI）相关专业学士学位，或具备同等实践经验； 2、广告技术相关经验——非必需项，但有则更佳； 3、具备系统化思维：你能洞察工具链缺口与内容基建机遇，而非仅着眼于零散的文案撰写任务。
