1、成本体系与模型架构：搭建数据中心硬件/IoT/云服务供应链全链路成本核算体系、核算规则、分摊标准与管控规范（成本法选型：标准/实际/移动平均/FIFO；存货计价、COGS、间接费分摊）； 2、构建元器件成本拆解与多维度分摊模型（Should-Cost、BOM拆解），沉淀成本基准库，支撑议价、选型、降本决策； 3、建立采购价格差异（PPV）与返利（Rebate）的计提、结算、抵扣规则并线上化，适配CAPEX/OPEX、租赁、算力付费等业务模式，保障核算合规准确； 4、成本数字化体系建设：负责成本架构体系设计，流程规范设计与落地推广，将成本业务规则转化为系统需求、核算逻辑、数据标准，指导产品研发完成开发、测试、上线，并在业务中推广实施应用； 5、交易流视角的核算设计：理解供应链复杂/跨境等多类交易场景（部件直采/B&S/AVAP、整机采购、半成品/成品销售、内部交易、算力租赁、三方云订阅）的核算落点，参与交易分类口径与单据流对齐，识别交易模式变化（如直采转B&S、整机转租赁）对存货、资产、费用边界的影响并设计核算方案； 6、业务赋能与提效：深度参与硬件选型、采购、备货、利旧、资产处置全流程成本评审，主导跨部门流程提效，量化收益并闭环管理。

1、本科及以上学历，财务、会计、供应链、工程等相关专业优先；具备5年以上供应链成本、财务成本或数字化建设经验，其中5年以上架构设计与跨部门项目牵头经验；有云厂商、IDC、硬件ODM行业背景者优先； 2、精通成本会计（标准成本、实际成本、平均成本法，PPV等差异分析，库存计价与COGS核算）、管理会计及CAPEX/OPEX管理，熟悉资产折旧规则与财务合规要求； 3、熟悉服务器、网络设备、IoT智能硬件及其CPU、GPU、DRAM、SSD等核心器件的成本构成与价格波动规律，深入理解BOM结构与ODM制造逻辑； 4、理解三方云及云服务的交易模式、计费规则与账单核算逻辑； 5、精通ERP、SRM、PLM及资产系统的数据流转，具备主数据与成本数据治理能力；有SAP CO、Oracle Fusion等ERP成本模块实施经验，熟练使用SQL、数据建模及BI工具；熟悉直采、B&S、AVAP等采购模式及销售、租赁、内部交易、云采购的端到端流程与单据流，能准确判断各类交易在存货、资产、费用、收入及合并抵消环节的核算落点及其对核算规则的影响； 6、数据敏感度高、逻辑思维严密，具备端到端成本架构与数据架构设计能力；擅长结构化拆解问题、跨部门协同与项目推进，能与交易流架构师及采购、财务、产品研发团队统一“交易怎么走、钱怎么算”的口径，兼具严谨的数据思维与成本风控意识。
