日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与线上问诊业务的全流程运营支持，包括问诊接诊监控、服务质量抽查与异常问题反馈处理； 2、协助处方相关业务的运营工作，包括处方流程支持、处方数据整理与统计； 3、支持医生社群运营，负责社群日常维护、内容发布，协助提升医生活跃度与参与度； 4、协助收集、整理运营数据，输出基础数据报表和分析。

1、本科及以上学历在读，医学、药学等相关专业优先； 2、每周至少到岗4天，对医疗行业有兴趣； 3、具备良好的沟通表达能力和服务意识，能够耐心、细致地与医生及患者沟通； 4、熟练使用Office办公软件，能用Excel进行基础数据处理者优先； 5、有社群运营、用户运营或医疗健康领域实习经验者优先。
