团队介绍：小荷健康是字节跳动旗下的医疗健康品牌，我们致力于利用大模型技术，探索医疗健康服务的新范式，孵化了“小荷AI医生”app，为用户提供专业的健康咨询服务。小荷健康拥有专业的医学和互联网产研团队，认真探索AI医疗。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、跟进医疗AI/临床AI相关前沿研究与资料整理，协同内外部专家及合作伙伴推进研究分析、信息沉淀与问题梳理等工作，完成医疗AI方向研究与专家协同相关事务； 2、协助梳理论文的临床问题、技术贡献、应用场景、证据强度和局限性，支持内部医学价值分析报告产出，完成医学价值分析相关工作； 3、使用AI工具提升文献筛选、信息提取和报告整理效率，协助搭建论文处理、专家分发和报告产出的可复用流程，完成AI工具与工作流相关工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，医学、公卫、生命科学、药学、医学信息学等相关背景； 2、有AI相关经验优先，对人工智能领域感兴趣，能熟练使用AI工具提效，具备Prompt设计、自动化工作流搭建或AI Agent实践意识，能把重复工作沉淀成可复用流程； 3、能阅读英文医学/生命科学论文，提取关键信息，有良好的归纳总结习惯及文档撰写能力； 4、逻辑清晰，有良好的学习能力，踏实、耐心、细心，主动性强、能够独立思考，具备良好的科学素养及团队合作精神。

加分项 1、有文献调研、系统综述、科研助理、课题组协调、医学AI或医疗内容运营经验。
