日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、和产品运营及标注一线团队合作，负责人工标注的质量交付，包括做质量问题归因，提升一线团队标注能力，推动标注规则、流程的不断优化等； 2、和研发团队合作，提供标注自动化的数据支持，包括评估模型的数据需求，搭建训练/评测数据集，追踪模型指标，定位和补充数据缺口，协助研发优化模型表现等； 3、协助日常项目文档维护，确保方案、数据、文档资料完整与可追溯。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、泰语和英语可作为工作语言； 3、每周全职工作5天，持续6个月以上； 4、有较强的沟通能力和判断能力，能够跨部门，跨语言环境高效沟通； 5、有较高的责任心； 6、有模型数据分析和处理经验优先。
