1、负责采集项目交付全流程管理，对上游数据采集相关核心目标负责，包括但不限于线上及线下采集场景下交付策略和标准运营及优化、不同类型资源模式探索及管理、业务提效； 2、基于采集业务场景，牵头运用包括但不限于PE调优、Workflow搭建、AI提效等技术交付手段解决项目痛点； 3、深度理解模型数据需求，提供合理、高效、适配的自动化数据交付方案，提升资源利用率，推动技术交付场景落地； 4、跟踪AI领域技术动态，引入适配项目实际需求的先进方法与工具，提升项目交付效率并进行案例沉淀。

1、本科及以上学历，具备2年以上数据业务经验，了解数据采集交付业务，具备资源配置、交付策划、执行、监控等过程经验； 2、具有丰富的大模型应用经验，熟悉主流的大模型框架和技术，掌握至少1种编程语言者优先； 3、对AI有高度热情并愿意持续深入探索，具备较强的问题解决能力和创新思维，能够独立承担项目任务； 4、具备较强的需求管理拆解和推动交付变革的能力，出色的沟通协调能力和合作精神； 5、具备强责任心、执行力、自驱力。
