1、本科及以上学历； 2、5年以上科技硬件或互联网品牌营销经验，深度理解智能硬件行业底层逻辑，具备“懂产品、能与研发对话、能理解工业设计”的复合背景； 3、具备创意物料审美与判断力，能与设计、工业设计部门实现无缝高效协同，确保创意表达不偏离品牌内核； 4、跨部门协同与资源整合能力，具备较强的结果导向意识，能在复杂多变的市场环境中高效驱动多职能团队达成战略目标。
