1、负责全流程质量保障工作，参与质量体系规划和建设，结合AI技术优化保障流程、提升效率与覆盖度； 2、深度参与产品研发项目，协同产品研发团队高质量交付，运用AI工具或自研AI能力解决质量瓶颈； 3、建立完善质量度量标准，结合AI技术实现质量问题精准定位与趋势预判，推动过程改进落地； 4、引入优化AI测试工具，探索AI在测试场景的应用，开发适配业务的AI提效工具，提升产品质量与研发效能； 5、利用AI技术前沿，将成熟提效方案融入工作，推动测试流程智能化升级。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机或者相关专业； 2、扎实的数据结构与算法基础，熟悉至少一门编程语言（包括但不限于Java、Go、Python等），能独立完成简单AI工具开发或二次开发； 3、自驱性强、对质量负责，具备跨团队沟通能力，能主动发现问题并推动项目改进； 4、熟悉自动化框架、压测工具等，具备AI提效实践经验，熟练使用主流AI测试提效工具，了解原理和选型，有AI提效工具开发的实战经验者优先； 5、了解AI基础原理，能结合测试场景提出AI提效方案，具备AI工具定制化开发或适配能力者优先。
