日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责抖音平台AI功能、产品的日常运营工作，包括功能上线跟进、用户反馈处理、问题排查等； 2、监控AI产品的数据指标（使用率、留存、满意度等），定期输出运营分析报告；通过数据分析发现AI产品运营中的问题和机会点，提出优化建议并推动落地；参与A/B测试设计和效果评估，用数据验证运营策略；搭建和维护AI产品运营数据看板，支持业务决策； 3、梳理用户使用场景和痛点，推动产品和算法持续优化迭代； 4、跟踪AI行业动态和产品的AI功能迭代，输出行业研究和产品分析报告，为产品规划提供参考。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具备原型交互能力，能熟练使用Axure/Figma/Sketch等设计软件，有信息安全、网络安全等安全相关工作经验优先； 3、具备良好的逻辑分析能力和数据敏感度，能从数据中发现问题和规律； 4、熟练使用Excel（数据透视表、函数），会使用SQL进行数据查询； 5、具备良好的文字功底和沟通表达能力，能独立撰写分析报告，顺利推进项目； 6、能够较好理解业务需求，善于总结归纳，自驱力和执行力强，有责任心和团队协作精神，学习能力强，对新技术和新产品敏感，有好奇心和探索精神。

加分项 1、有AI产品运营、互联网产品运营实习经验； 2、熟悉各类AI工具，有Prompt优化经验； 3、了解推荐算法、大模型、AIGC基本原理； 4、有Python编程基础，能写简单的数据分析脚本。
