1、飞书音视频会议AI基础能力的开发和效果的持续迭代； 2、构建高可用性的后端服务，进一步优化与算法模型的交互； 3、解决线上问题，建设完善的监控告警系统，以及自动化的问题解决方案； 4、承担重难点的技术攻坚，如音视频处理、特征提取、自然语言处理、多模态扩展等； 5、调研新技术在产品中的应用，逐步提升说话人识别等会议AI基础能力的效果。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业，具备服务端开发相关经验； 2、有过高并发或高度复杂业务的服务设计和实现经验，对分布式系统有深入理解； 3、精通至少一种服务端编程语言（Golang/Python/C++），有AI相关项目开发经验优先； 4、有良好的产品思维，具备将产品需求合理转化为技术需求的能力； 5、熟悉各种数据库和存储，如MySQL、NoSQL、消息队列等，并了解基本原理； 6、有良好的沟通能力和自驱力，持续学习相关领域新知识。
