1、负责抖音智能客服平台的端到端全栈业务交付，覆盖大模型应用开发（Harness架构、意图识别、上下文管理、记忆模块构建、客服风险识别能力建设等）、前后端功能迭代、业务调优（问题分析拆解、知识编写优化等）、模型优化（在线强化环境搭建、模型训练调优），推动智能客服文本、语音业务目标达成。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业； 2、至少熟练掌握一门前后端开发语言，包含但不仅限于Java、Go、Python、React、Vue、Node.js等； 3、熟悉常用互联网技术栈，包括但不限于Linux系统及原理、MySQL、NoSQL、RPC、MQ、缓存技术、微服务架构等； 4、具备优秀的跨团队沟通对齐与项目推进能力，能够主动对接产品、算法、运营等多方协作团队，高效完成业务目标达成； 5、能够熟练落地AI辅助编码工作，可依托大模型完成代码生成、逻辑迭代、Bug排查、代码优化与脚本封装，利用AI工具提升全栈开发与业务交付效率。

加分项 1、有智能客服、对话机器人、大模型RAG检索增强、AI Agent落地项目经验者优先； 2、拥有端到端项目交付、跨团队协同推进经验，可独立统筹小型AI业务项目完整落地者优先。
