1、负责京东平台整体运营规划和经营目标达成，根据新品上市、日常销售及大促节点制定运营策略、营销方案和执行计划，完成销售额、利润及市场份额目标； 2、负责京东店铺的商品、价格、流量、活动、库存及用户评价等日常经营管理，持续优化搜索、推荐、活动会场及付费推广效率，提升商品曝光、转化率和店铺竞争力； 3、研究京东平台规则、行业趋势、消费者需求及产品动态，定期开展经营数据分析，及时发现业务机会和风险，推动销售策略、货品策略及资源投入的动态调整； 4、负责京东新品首发、618、双11等营销项目的策划与落地，整合平台、品牌、市场及渠道资源，打造爆款，沉淀可复制的新品运营和大促运营方法论； 5、负责与京东采销、品类运营及相关业务团队建立良好合作关系，及时获取平台政策、营销活动和流量资源，争取有竞争力的平台条件和新品资源，协同产品、市场、供应链、财务、客服及渠道团队，推动商品上架、价格管理、库存备货、履约交付、售后服务等环节高效运转，并做好跨平台价格体系和渠道秩序管理。

1、5年以上京东平台运营经验，熟悉京东自营、POP等经营模式及平台规则，具备品牌方京东业务从0到1搭建或经营经验； 2、有手机、智能硬件或消费电子行业经验，手机行业背景优先；有品牌，或消费电子品牌从业经验优先； 3、具备成熟的新品上市和爆款打造经验，有单品从0到1操盘案例，能够围绕产品定位、价格、货品、流量及营销资源制定完整的上市策略； 4、熟悉京东搜索、推荐、京准通等流量和广告产品，具备较强的投放规划及优化能力，能够持续提升投放ROI和整体经营效率； 5、具备较强的经营意识和数据分析能力，能够独立完成销售预测、利润测算、费用规划、库存管理和经营复盘，对GMV、毛利、费用率、周转及市场份额等指标有清晰判断； 6、具备较强的平台沟通和资源整合能力，有京东采销、品类运营等平台资源积累者优先，能够协调内外部团队推动复杂项目落地，目标导向，责任心强，具备良好的项目管理和跨部门协同能力。
