日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、分析用户反馈并抽象总结问题，协助制定访谈计划与提纲，招募受访用户、开展访谈，整理用户反馈，提炼需求、痛点与使用场景； 2、跟踪行业动态与产品变化，从产品定位、功能体验、目标用户及商业模式等维度展开分析，输出有结论、有建议的调研报告； 3、围绕具体模型问题，结合用户反馈、市场信息与业务数据，形成分析判断，支持产品决策。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，工业设计、交互设计、视觉传达、数字媒体艺术、服务设计、设计学等设计相关专业优先； 2、了解大语言模型、Agent搭建的基础原理，对技术充满热情，对产品策略、用户研究或相关行业有兴趣； 3、具备好奇心和同理心，愿意倾听用户，也能通过追问理解真实需求； 4、具备清晰的逻辑，良好的信息搜集、归纳分析和文字表达能力，能够从零散信息中提炼关键结论； 5、做事主动、细致、有责任心，能独立推进任务并及时沟通； 6、每周可实习4天，持续3个月。

加分项 1、有用户访谈、问卷设计、产品分析、评测Benchmark设计相关实习/项目经历； 2、具备Claude Code、Codex等AI Agent工具的重度使用经验； 3、对LLM/Agent领域有了解，知道工具调用（Function Call）、上下文管理等基本概念； 4、能读懂日志、基础脚本（Python/SQL），能够使用SQL、Python进行数据分析； 5、在平面设计、交互设计等设计领域有通用认知和经验，或相关专业背景，具备较好的审美能力与视觉判断力，关注AI在设计创作与设计工作流中的应用。
