1、有识别业务及现场管理的问题、推进问题优化并落地，提升业务增长速度和效率的经验或能力，不限于0-1建设机制、流程、标准、激励方案等或推进业务所需的系统、工具能力的建设和优化（如AI赋能工具、电销工作台、数据分析工具、看板工具、一线视图工具等），推进落地有效使用，并在落地后观测并公布运营效果，及时迭代优化；具备运营闭环管理思维、项目管理思维，能处理复杂的多个项目，并高效的推进多个项目落地； 2、有支持BPO团队新人到岗、落地管理支持的经验或潜力：如新人到岗后工具、账号、权限开通等必备的前置工作条件如期到位，保障新人如期上线；新人正式上线后现场管理；具备预算、佣金结算经验优先； 3、具备优秀的用户增长运营思维，对业务增长的新模式、思路等乐于学习、研究并结合业务实际验证、推进相关增长专项的有效落地；（如最佳案例的客户画像分析、批量复制模式落地-对电销重点产品目标客户的批量邀约参与直播，促进批量转化能力）。

1、5年及以上云服务（IaaS/PaaS/SaaS）、软件或AI大模型领域的B端SMB增长运营、GTM运营或策略分析经验；具备从0到1搭建增长策略体系并成功落地的实战案例； 2、对SMB市场有深刻理解，具备出色的逻辑分析和策略规划能力，能独立设计复杂的增长模型和运营机制； 3、必须精通数据分析和BI工具，能独立完成数据提取、清洗、分析和可视化工作，具备通过数据诊断业务问题的能力； 4、对云计算、人工智能和大模型技术有基本认知和浓厚兴趣，能快速理解产品价值并与技术团队顺畅沟通； 5、具备敏锐的商业洞察力，对关键业务指标有追求，以业绩增长为最终工作导向。
