1、深入用户真实使用场景，挖掘用户需求与痛点，提出完善的产品方案，推动产品持续创新与优化； 2、参与B端产品功能的规划与迭代，参与从产品规划、需求定义到开发测试与上线的各环节，确保产品高质量上线，参与AI产品功能设计和用户体验优化； 3、对上线产品进行用户访谈、数据分析与复盘，快速迭代优化； 4、以目标用户的体验为核心导向，对新技术及相关体系进行研究，通过调研、反馈收集、数据分析等方式识别用户需求，提炼真实有效的产品方向。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、良好的产品意识，对产品体验细节敏感； 3、逻辑清晰，喜欢抽丝剥茧，乐于分析事物本质，擅长系统地解决问题； 4、对AI技术有基本认知与了解，日常善于使用AI工具提升效率，具备积极主动探索与尝试新技术的意愿； 5、拥有强烈的好奇心与求知欲，对行业趋势与市场动态保持敏锐的观察和洞察力，能从用户视角与产品视角综合决策； 6、有产品实习经验优先。
