1、税务数据治理和底座建设：负责税务申报数据的全链路治理，定义申报数据标准、质量规则与校验机制，覆盖数据采集、清洗、对账、稽核等环节，保障全球多税种申报数据的准确性与可追溯性；基于Agent、工具调用等技术，让AI理解字节跳动复杂的业财税系统，打通业务线数据、财务数据和税务数据，构建统一、可复用的税务数据底座； 2、复杂税务场景工程落地：参与税务申报平台、关联交易中台、发票中台、计税引擎中台等核心工程系统的建设，深入真实财务系统和税务风险场景，将合规规则、系统数据与大模型推理结合，既识别规则明确的已知风险（如发票异常、申报错报、税率适用错误），也探索规则难以覆盖的复杂风险（如关联交易、转让定价、跨境税源），并通过评测和负面案例持续提升效果；对接数据血缘能力，定义税务链路资产，支撑税金计算、申报数据、财务凭证的风险穿透分析； 3、AI平台能力建设：构建分层可复用的AI税务平台能力——CLI/MCP基础能力层，沉淀异常解释、证据生成、规则回流等通用工具与接口；知识库层，建设税务领域知识库，承载税法知识理解、风险推理等核心能力，覆盖税法政策、申报规则、发票规范、历史案例等专业知识，提升模型在税务场景的专业表现；应用层，以Agent和Skill为载体，沉淀各类税务业务SOP，降低新税种、新系统和新场景的接入成本，支撑税务风控能力的规模化复制。

1、具备扎实的工程能力，有AI应用、Agent、平台研发、数据研发等相关研发经验；精通Java、Go、Python中至少一门语言，熟悉SQL； 2、能够将大模型应用到真实复杂系统中，完成数据接入、工具调用、推理、评测和生产运行，对最终效果负责；有Agent工作流、模型评测、负面案例优化经验者优先； 3、具备较强的系统理解和问题抽象能力，能够理解业务数据、财务数据、税务数据之间的关系，并将其转化为AI可解决的问题；有数据血缘、数据治理或复杂业务系统架构经验者优先； 4、对税务业务、财务核算或企业级SaaS系统有基本了解，有发票中台、税务申报、计税引擎、关联交易等财税相关系统开发经验者优先；熟悉规则引擎或工作流引擎实现原理者优先； 5、对AI在严肃业务场景（税务、财务、合规、风控）中的长期应用有热情，有强烈的学习欲望和好奇心，热爱用技术解决复杂业务问题。
