1、负责AI资讯账号矩阵（含抖音）日常运营及内容发布，保障账号稳定运行，提升内容质量与运营效果； 2、负责抖音AI资讯内容生产、审核、安全把关及质量评测，联动上下游持续提升内容安全与质量； 3、针对热点事件进行选题判断、导向把控，确保内容符合平台规范及用户需求； 4、利用AI模型辅助资讯生产，结合Prompt优化与效果评测，持续提升内容生产效率与质量； 5、联动研发团队封装Skill Agent，将专家经验沉淀为模型能力，推动内容运营流程智能化升级； 6、基于运营数据进行复盘分析和策略迭代，提升账号影响力和用户粘性。

1、本科及以上学历，有主流资讯平台内容运营经验者优先； 2、有AI应用落地、模型评测或Prompt工程经验者优先； 3、内容审美力和安全判断力较好，具备较强内容标准意识； 4、业务理解能力强，能推动需求与技术高效结合； 5、具备数据分析和复盘能力，能以数据驱动策略优化； 6、对AI和新技术保持高度好奇，能快速适应变化并用AI解决实际问题。
