日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化短视频商业化变现产品设计团队旨在使客户能够毫不费力地与用户建立联系，并最大限度地发挥品牌潜力。我们希望简化和激励客户实现目标，探索更多可能性，并与国际化短视频创造价值。作为团队成员，你将能够利用定性/定量研究来收集用户反馈，为我们的客户创造深刻的理解和共情，并与设计、产品和营销团队跨职能合作，以满足业务需求。

1、负责AI创意平台的运营工作，包括数字人、智能成片等视频工具的建设和优化； 2、通过客户调研、数据分析，洞察用户需求、识别业务问题，进行业务逻辑梳理与产品方案设计； 3、协助创意团队进行素材和内容的制作，确保交付，参与整理广告素材制作的经验和方法，协助机构和客户的培训工作，提高素材和内容的质量； 4、撰写高质量运营文档，协调产品、技术、运营、销售等团队，跟进产品使用及监控上线效果。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备基本的沟通协调能力、执行能力和数据处理能力，能够完成上级交办的任务； 3、具有较强的学习能力、自驱力和适应力，能够与不同团队和组织进行基本的沟通，支持合作目标的达成； 4、有广告经验或创意平台经验优先； 5、实习5个月及以上。
