日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深入参与字节跳动本地生活业务AI落地全流程，接触前沿AI技术在产业场景的真实应用；从0到1参与AI中台产品能力建设，完整掌握AI产品从需求到落地的方法论； 2、AI方案落地支持：能够参与并深入调研生活服务（餐饮、休闲娱乐、零售等）细分行业，理解商家入驻、经营过程中的需求痛点，设计AI Agent应用方案并落地，推动AI能力在多业务场景的价值释放； 3、Prompt与工作流建设：独立负责业务场景的Prompt撰写、测试与调优，完成AI应用全流程Workflow搭建与编排，保障AI服务的可用性与效果； 4、评测体系搭建：负责AI模型效果评测全链路工作，包括制定可量化的评测标准、构建高质量评测数据集、定期输出评测报告，驱动模型与策略持续迭代； 5、跨方协作推进：作为中台与业务方的对接接口，完成对内（算法、研发团队）对外（各业务线、运营团队）的沟通协调，对齐各方诉求，促成项目合作落地，跟进项目全生命周期进度；团队氛围开放，导师一对一带教。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计学、产品相关专业优先； 2、每周可到岗4天及以上，连续实习3个月以上；有生成式AI深度使用经验，熟练掌握Prompt Engineering技巧，了解主流大模型能力边界，有Workflow搭建（如Dify/扣子等工具）、AI应用开发经验优先； 3、逻辑清晰，具备数据敏感度，能够独立设计评估体系与指标；具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，能够高效对齐多方诉求推进项目；细心仔细，可以把产品使用过程的问题提炼成需求； 4、对本地生活服务行业有基础认知或浓厚兴趣，能够快速理解不同业务场景核心诉求； 5、每周出勤5天，实习时长6个月者优先。
