1、围绕字节云业务发展方向，深入理解用户、产品、技术和运营场景，完成“问题挖掘—问题定义—方案设计”的完整能力链条，将零散、模糊的业务现象抽象泛化为结构化、可推导的问题命题，形成能支撑资源投入决策的判断； 2、组织开展内外部调研，包括用户访谈、业务访谈、行业研究、产品分析等，形成高质量的战略分析和业务洞察报告； 3、参与重大项目的孵化设计，推动协同产品研发运营各团队跨团队协作与落地，识别高杠杆切入点，持续提升战略动作的有效性与投入产出比； 4、持续跟踪行业趋势、云计算、AI应用及AI Native组织发展等方向，为团队战略决策提供输入。

1、3年以上战略运营工作经验；本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、具备云原生、Agent Infra、产品研发运营等相关知识背景；有云产品、AI产品、战略咨询、数字化转型、组织变革等相关经验优先； 3、具备高度的业务敏感度，能主动发现各类业务需求、组织流程等问题；具备较强的问题分析和结构化思考能力，能够从复杂信息中发现关键问题、对问题进行泛化、并形成解决方案； 4、具备优秀的调研访谈和报告输出能力，能够独立完成从调研设计、信息收集到分析总结的完整过程； 5、具备优秀的沟通表达与团队协作能力，有较强的负责人意识，主导性与推动力强，能主动定义议题、组织活动并牵引跨团队资源协调落地； 6、对AI应用、Agent平台及系统、AI Native组织发展有探索热情和深入理解者优先。
