日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动内部创新业务团队，专注研究新技术赛道相关领域产品，落地AI智能化创新。

1、参与创新消费智能产品的孵化与探索，开展人机交互方案设计与原型实现，支撑产品概念的定义与演进； 2、参与产品前期的场景构建与需求定义，通过快速原型设计及开发将产品概念转化为可交互的Prototype，完成从产品概念到实现再到验证的闭环，支撑方案评审与体验决策； 3、跟踪智能硬件领域的交互技术与前沿趋势，如多模态交互、空间计算、AI Agent交互等，探索创新交互方式，结合具体产品场景，输出具备落地可能性的交互方案与演示原型。

1、本科及以上学历在读，人机交互、工业设计、交互设计、计算机、电子工程等相关专业优先； 2、了解常见Sensor及交互技术，对多模态交互与消费级智能硬件有基础认知； 3、具备从产品概念到原型实现的基础能力，有软硬件结合项目经验者优先； 4、具备良好的学习能力与自驱力，能够在创新项目中快速探索解决方案，具备跨领域协作意识与实践导向。
