1、负责飞书AI智能会议纪要系统的后端架构设计、开发和持续优化； 2、构建高可用、高并发的智能纪要服务，保障实时转录和智能摘要的稳定性； 3、解决线上服务问题，建立完善的监控告警和故障自愈机制； 4、承担核心技术难点攻坚，如低延迟语音处理、多语言识别、智能摘要算法优化等； 5、调研前沿AI技术，推动新技术在会议纪要产品中的落地应用。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业，具备服务端开发相关经验； 2、有过高并发或高度复杂业务的服务设计和实现经验，对分布式系统有深入理解； 3、精通至少一种服务端编程语言（Python/Golang/Java/C++），有AI相关项目开发经验优先； 4、熟悉各种数据库和存储，如MySQL、NoSQL、消息队列等，并了解基本原理； 5、有产品思维，良好的沟通协作能力和自驱力，对AI技术发展趋势敏感。
