1、交易流设计（核心）：新场景/新模式的端到端交易流设计，如：（直采/B&S/AVAP）→入库→结算，销售→收入确认，租赁→租金支付，内部交易→合并抵消的全链路交易流，覆盖交易对象全生命周期； 2、建立交易类型与业务场景分类体系（部件直采/B&S/AVAP/整机/半成品与IoT成品销售/内部交易/服务器租赁/三方云采买），统一分类口径与命名，沉淀交易全景图与场景规范； 3、数字化系统建设：负责流程体系设计和落地，将业务规则转化为系统需求与流程标准，可直接指导产品研发开发实现； 4、成本核算视角的流程设计：理解各类交易的核算落点（存货/资产/费用/收入/合并抵消），在流程设计中对齐PPV/Rebate结算、CAPEX/OPEX、租赁核算（使用权资产+利息摊销）与云费用化规则，确保业财一致； 5、支撑跨境与合规：跨境租赁、税务、资金跨境、内部定价与合并抵消的流程设计； 6、持续流程诊断与迭代，输出流程规范与场景说明文档，沉淀方法论并面向业务宣讲推动执行。

1、本科及以上学历，供应链、流程管理、信息系统、财务等相关专业优先；具备5年以上供应链运营、流程管理、ERP实施或数据中心硬件数字化建设经验，架构设计与跨部门项目牵头经验；有云厂商、IDC、硬件ODM行业经验者优先； 2、精通供应链行业各类交易场景与交易模式，包括B&S/AVAP、直采、代理、租赁、订阅等； 3、精通P2P、O2C端到端流程，熟悉ERP、SRM、PLM及资产系统的数据流转，具备主数据与成本数据治理能力；有SAP、Oracle等ERP/SCM实施或架构经验； 4、理解数据中心服务器、网络设备及核心器件的BOM结构、ODM制造与交易逻辑，熟悉云服务（云主机、大模型）行业的交易模型； 5、掌握成本会计基本原理，理解PPV、Rebate计提结算、CAPEX/OPEX、租赁核算及云费用化规则，能读懂核算规则并转化为流程控制点；熟悉跨境贸易、税务、内部定价与合并抵消； 6、结构化思维与抽象建模能力强，能将复杂业务场景翻译成清晰流程、把复杂业务规则转化为系统需求并直接指导产品研发开发实现；善于跨团队协调推进，能与成本架构师及采购、财务、法务、税务、产品研发团队协同对齐“交易流×核算”联合口径，具备严谨的数据思维与流程风控意识。
