1、负责巨量千川电商投广客户增长相关AI产品全流程设计，深度依托大模型核心能力构建标准化业务应用流程，重点覆盖投广客户意图智能识别、商业产品知识检索、营销话术AI编排，以及牵引客户投广转化的全场景AI应用搭建，助力商家投广效率与增长效能双提升； 2、深度调研广告主投广全场景需求与核心痛点，精准抽象业务逻辑与流程，输出可落地的AI产品方案；协同产品运营、算法、研发等多团队，推动服务多业务线的通用AI流程与平台能力落地，全程跟进产品上线后效果，形成“调研-设计-落地-复盘”的闭环迭代； 3、深耕主流AI内容理解、知识推理领域，对AI技术应用与产品落地有深刻认知和独到见解，持续关注AI前沿技术（大模型、AIGC等）在电商投广领域的创新应用，主动探索产品创新方向，保障产品核心竞争力； 4、具备完善的AI产品效果评测与迭代能力，牵头搭建科学的AI产品评测指标体系，设计合理的对比实验与评估方案，对模型效果、产品用户体验、业务转化效率进行量化分析，以数据驱动产品持续优化升级； 5、联动业务、算法、研发团队，推动AI技术与巨量千川商家供给场景深度融合，解决产品落地过程中的技术与业务协同难题，优化AI产品全链路体验，助力商家降本增效，提升投广转化效果。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化等相关专业优先；具备2年及以上AI相关产品经验，有B端AI应用产品设计与落地经验者优先，熟悉大模型核心原理、技术边界及电商投广相关应用场景者加分； 2、具备敏锐的业务需求洞察能力与逻辑抽象能力，能够从复杂的商家投广业务逻辑中挖掘核心问题、提炼本质需求，输出最优产品解决方案并推动落地执行； 3、具备较强的跨团队沟通协调能力、快速学习能力，对AI前沿技术（大模型、AIGC等）保持高度敏锐，乐于尝试新技术、新方法，勇于接受业务挑战； 4、有电商广告、投广相关产品经验者优先，熟悉巨量千川生态、商家投广痛点，能够快速适配业务节奏，推动AI产品与业务深度结合； 5、具备良好的逻辑思维与结果导向，善于拆解复杂任务，具备独立推进AI产品从0到1或从1到N落地的能力，注重产品细节与业务价值落地。
